Next steps for UK food waste policy: innovation, partnerships and energy recovery

Central London

This seminar will offer delegates a timely opportunity to discuss the priorities for reducing food waste in the UK.

It takes place in light of WRAP’s new voluntary agreement The Courtauld Commitment 2025, and will bring together policymakers with stakeholders from across the food sector to examine best practice and collaborative frameworks to reduce waste from producer to consumer.

Delegates will analyse the local and national priorities for the distribution of food surplus and the future of energy recovery innovation - including next steps for the development and investment of the anaerobic digestion industry - as well as the future role of government bodies, industry and the third sector in creating a more sustainable food supply chain.
